Role: Associate Director/Director, Bioanalytical at Disc Medicine, providing technical and operational leadership for bioanalytical activities supporting drug development across preclinical and clinical stages, including small molecules and biologics. Responsibilities: oversee assay development, validation, sample analysis, data review, and regulatory documentation for PK, ADA, and biomarker analyses; serve as SME; manage CRO collaborations; ensure high-quality data and adherence to timelines; contribute to regulatory submissions and responses. Requirements: Ph.D. with 8+ years industry experience supporting GLP toxicology and clinical studies; expertise in LC-MS/MS, ligand-binding, and cell-based bioanalytical assays; hands-on experience with NAb assays and biomarker analysis preferred; strong understanding of drug discovery, DMPK/ADME, and regulatory guidance; proven vendor management skills.
