Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, deploy, and implement analytical products to provide data-driven insights and meet partner decision needs.
- Lead analytics product strategy; align data definitions, business rules, and product choices across BUs/analytics teams to scale enterprise opportunities.
- Partner with data engineering to champion AI-ready, structured/governed datasets optimized for ML/AI.
- Lead end-to-end analytics product lifecycle: requirements, design, deployment, adoption, and iteration.
- Drive migrations from legacy analytics platforms to modern cloud environments while ensuring continuity and data integrity.
- Coordinate deployment/triage of analytics requirements and help prioritize the analytics backlog with stakeholders.
- Ensure analytics decisions are supported by evidence; communicate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate documentation/code and methodology for reusable, efficient analysis; partner with external vendors when needed.
- Ensure privacy and contractual compliance for data use.
- Provide analytics coaching/training and champion adoption of analytics products.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (CS, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Math, Economics or related).
- 4+ years’ experience in an analytics function.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Databricks or similar cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake); Delta Lake, notebooks, MLflow.
- Experience with Agentic AI and/or GenAI; descriptive-to-prescriptive analytics.
- Analytics product lifecycle ownership; system migration experience; strong communication/influencing; R/SAS/SQL/Python.
Additional Information:
- 5–10% travel.
- Anticipated pay: $132,000–$193,600; potential company bonus; eligible for comprehensive benefits (e.g., 401(k), medical/dental/vision, flexible benefits, life insurance, time off, well-being benefits).
