Associate Director, Automation & Business Transformation

Role: Associate Director of Automation & Business Transformation within Teva’s Revenue Optimization & Contract Compliance (ROCC), focusing on transforming Medicaid operations through process automation, artificial intelligence, and analytics. Responsibilities: lead strategic initiatives to optimize Medicaid claims validation, rebate adjudication, and dispute resolution; serve as SME for automation and analytics, assessing business processes, evaluating AI tools, and translating operational needs into technical solutions; oversee solution design, implementation, and governance; manage automation portfolio, ensure compliance, and drive process standardization and performance measurement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field; 7+ years in biopharma, with extensive experience in Medicaid rebate operations and commercial contracting (3+ years each); proven success in enterprise automation, process optimization, or operational transformation; familiarity with AI, robotic process automation, and tools like Power BI, Power Platform, or similar. Preferred: advanced degree, experience with Model N, Copilot, Claude, or related enterprise tech. High-Value: focus on Medicaid, process automation, enterprise analytics, and technology-driven operational improvements. Work setup: hybrid (2-3 days/week at Parsippany, NJ).
