Summary:
The ARM Trainer leads the training and development of Access and Reimbursement Managers (ARMs) within a designated region, ensuring ARMs have the knowledge and skills to provide consistent and compliant patient access and reimbursement support for BMSโs prioritized, enterprise portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regional field training sessions to ensure ARMs can effectively support patient access and reimbursement.
- Design, implement, and deliver comprehensive ARM training programs (patient access, reimbursement support, REMs program education, and specialty pharmacy education) in conjunction with the Commercialization Learning Department.
- Partner with the National Field Training (NFT) team and collaborate cross-functionally with US Market Access matrix teams (Access Strategy, Marketing/Brand Marketing, PASS Program Management, Legal/Compliance, Field Sales, and MAx Account Executive team) to keep training content coordinated, current, and impactful.
- Provide oversight and direction for regional training initiatives, aligned to enterprise goals and compliance standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ARMs; address training-related issues and provide additional resources.
- Develop and implement innovative training methods and tools.
- Occasional travel for field training and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in patient access support, reimbursement management, or related field.
- Proven training and development experience (preferably healthcare/pharmaceutical).
- Strong training program design and delivery ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration with ability to manage complex expectations.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success leading and coaching individuals to high performance.
