Associate Director AI Value Realization, Neural Nexus
What You Will Do
- Lead value realization for Neural Nexus, partnering with analytics, data science, technology, sales, and brand leaders to ensure adoption of new AI tools, platforms, and operating models.
AI Adoption Strategy & Transformation Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end adoption and change management strategies for Neural Nexus across Commercial and Medical.
- Translate complex AI initiatives into actionable roadmaps for analytics and business teams.
- Design future-state operating models enabling transition from manual execution to AI-enabled stewardship and decision orchestration.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Enablement
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across CD&A sub-functions (e.g., revenue forecasting & competitive intelligence, primary market research, global insights, data strategy & management, data & decision sciences, omnichannel data & analytics, field excellence, brand analytics, reporting).
- Assess readiness, manage resistance, and build sustained commitment.
- Coach leaders and managers to lead through ambiguity and embed transformation mindsets.
Communication & Adoption
- Create and deliver communication strategies explaining the “why,” “what,” and “so what” of AI transformation.
- Ensure messaging resonates with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive understanding that AI enhances—not replaces—human decision-making.
Training, Capability Building & Workforce Evolution
- Design and support training to build AI fluency and platform literacy.
- Help redefine roles, skills, and career paths toward product ownership/governance/stewardship models.
- Partner with L&D and functional leaders to embed capability building into day-to-day work.
Impact Assessment, Risk Management & Measurement
- Assess impacts of AI/platform changes on organizations, roles, and workflows.
- Identify adoption risks and mitigation strategies.
- Define and track change success metrics (adoption, proficiency, behavioral indicators).
- Provide updates to senior leadership on progress and risks.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Propose new engagement models/tools/approaches to accelerate adoption and value realization.
- Stay current on relevant AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 3 years experience in technology enablement/organization change management/strategy consulting (or related)
- OR Master’s + 5 years
- OR Bachelor’s + 7 years
- OR Associate’s + 12 years
- OR High school diploma/GED + 14 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale technology and workforce transformations.
- Knowledge of commercial Pharma functions (marketing, sales, insights/analytics, data science, forecasting, data strategy).
- Familiarity with AI concepts/tools/data platforms; translate technical change into human impact.
- Self-starter in ambiguity; strategic/analytical problem solver.
- Strong communication/storytelling and stakeholder influence.
- High emotional intelligence; resilient/adaptable change leadership.
