Role: Drive enterprise AI governance across Johnson & Johnson's R&D Data Science & Digital Health, focusing on implementing compliant, scalable practices for AI/ML and GenAI systems. Responsibilities: develop and maintain AI governance roadmaps aligned with R&D strategy, embed quality assurance processes, streamline workflows with cross-functional partners, create guidance tools, and establish metrics for governance effectiveness. Serve as a strategic advisor, promote responsible AI practices, and represent the company in external AI governance forums. Requirements: PhD or Masterβs in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Biomedical Informatics, with 6-8+ years in AI, data science, or analytics, including experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, biotech). Demonstrated expertise in AI governance, model lifecycle management, and familiarity with global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC). Deep knowledge of AI/ML & GenAI development, deployment, and risk assessment; experience working with cross-functional teams. Preferred skills include advanced analytics, data privacy, data quality, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.
