Associate Director, AI Foundations Engineering (3 Openings)

Role: Associate Director of AI Foundations Engineering, leading the strategy, design, deployment, and optimization of an agentic AI platform. Objectives: build scalable, secure, and reliable AI-driven systems to enhance products, processes, and workflows into intelligent AI experiences. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end AI engineering operations, define platform standards, guide evaluation and integration of AI models and frameworks, and lead technical teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; 5+ years in technology leadership, solution architecture, or software engineering with a focus on digital or AI solutions; proven experience translating concepts into prototypes and PoCs; strong knowledge of application development, cloud, data, and AI tech; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
