Responsibilities include collaborating with therapeutic scientists to identify high-impact AI applications, deploying multi-agent AI systems, advising on AI-driven target prioritization, and contributing to the scientific strategy and external visibility through publications. The role demands deep expertise in AI (especially agentic systems, foundation models, graph neural networks) and biology (target validation, mechanisms). Requirements: PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, AI/ML, or related, with 5+ years industry/post-doc experience; proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks; proven track record of applying AI to drug discovery biology. Preferred: experience with multimodal biological data, cloud computing, targeted therapies such as ADCs or degraders, and pharma R&D experience. The position is based in Cambridge, MA, with a focus on oncology and bio-pharmaceuticals, supporting early to preclinical-stage target discovery. The role involves cross-functional interactions with AI engineering, biology, and therapeutic teams, with in-person work expected three days/week.
