Responsibilities:
- Serve as analytics lead for the US Specialty Care portfolio (non-Dupixent), driving predictive analytics, marketing effectiveness measurement, and budget optimization.
- Partner with Senior Leadership, Brand, and Commercial teams to provide strategic guidance and ad-hoc analytics.
- Lead onboarding and delivery work with an offshore hub team; partner on advanced analytics projects.
- Collaborate with Data Management and global digital teams to ensure robust, high-quality data infrastructure.
- Validate salesforce execution, marketing, and media data inputs; ensure consistent business logic across analytical deliverables.
- Assess media investment scenarios using optimizer tools powered by marketing mix model response curves.
- Conduct Turing tool impact analyses (Veeva/next-best-action).
- Lead upskilling efforts via workshops/training with brand, media, and agency partners.
- Generate predictive/prescriptive insights using ML/statistical modeling and AI; clean/organize disparate data via SQL and/or Python.
- Design and interpret analyses of large healthcare datasets; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards/analytical tools; automate work using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) end-to-end and provide budget optimization recommendations.
- Lead/collaborate on other modeling (segmentation, patient finding, diagnosis onset/journey, campaign impact, A/B testing, early adopter/launch analysis).
- Liaise with Digital Data Science and Data Engineering to maintain internal marketing effectiveness models and self-service tools.
- Socialize outputs and facilitate pull-through with stakeholders.

Qualifications (Basic):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 7+ years in Commercial Analytics/Forecasting/Sales Operations/Consulting, including 2+ years using ML for advanced analytics.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or VBA; Snowflake/Jupyter/SAS Studio/SQL developers.
- Experience with pharma sales & claims data (e.g., IQVIA/Symphony/Komodo), SP data, salesforce execution data, and digital media data.
- Strong quantitative/analytical ability to translate insights into strategy.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics (MMM, Bayesian stats, propensity score matching, regression, clustering/segmentation, driver analyses, A/B testing).
- Familiarity with sales/marketing/media data and agencies; PowerBI/Tableau.
- High MS Office proficiency; strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Skills (Preferred):
- Masterโ€™s or MBA; DS/AI/ML certification.
- Experience with Claude Code/Cursor; US pharma MMM; specialty care (Oncology/Hematology/Rheumatology/Immunology).
- Media reporting tools (CM360, Search Ads 360, Meta Business Manager); site analytics (GA/Adobe); CRM systems (Veeva/Salesforce/Merkle); SP files (Capgemini).
- French language advantage.
