Main Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Leadership, Brand, and Commercial teams as Advanced Analytics subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and ad-hoc analytical support.
- Lead a team in the offshore hub; onboard them and partner on projects.
- Collaborate with Data Management and global digital teams to ensure robust data infrastructure and quality.
- Validate that salesforce execution, marketing, and media data are accurately input into analytical models and maintain consistent business logic across deliverables.
- Assess media investment scenarios using optimizer tools leveraging response-curve outputs from marketing mix models.
- Conduct Turing impact analysis with the global digital team.
- Lead upskilling efforts; run workshops/training with brand, media teams, and agency partners.
- Apply ML, statistical modeling, and AI to generate predictive/prescriptive insights for business decisions.
- Clean/aggregate/organize data from salesforce execution and digital data using SQL and/or Python.
- Design, execute, and interpret analyses of large healthcare datasets; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards and analytical tools; automate workflows using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- Provide project direction; lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) from data prep to insights and budget optimization.
- Lead/collaborate on other modeling (e.g., HCP segmentation, patient finding, diagnosis onset prediction, campaign impact measurement, A/B testing on Salesforce effectiveness).
- Liaison with Digital Data Science and Data Engineering to develop/maintain marketing effectiveness models and self-service tools.
- Socialize outputs and drive pull-through with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 7+ years in Commercial Analytics, Forecasting, Sales Operations, or Consulting; 2+ years advanced analytics using ML models.
- Advanced analytical skills in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or VBA.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Jupyter Notebook, SAS Studio, SQL developers.
- Experience with pharmaceutical sales & claims data (e.g., IQVIA/Symphony/Komodo), SP data, salesforce execution data, and digital data.
- Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling, Bayesian statistics, propensity score matching, regression, clustering/segmentation, driver analyses, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau and high proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree or MBA.
- Data science/AI/ML certification.
- Experience with Claude Code and Cursor.
- MMM experience in US Pharma; healthcare/general medicines and/or vaccines (e.g., Diabetes, Flu, RSV).
- Media reporting tools (CM360, Search Ads 360, Meta Business Manager); site analytics (Google/Adobe Analytics).
- CRM tools (Veeva/Salesforce/Merkle) and SP data files (e.g., Capgemini).
- French proficiency (advantage).
