Role Summary

Associate Director of Digital Marketing for the VIVITROL brand within the Addiction Franchise. The role leads development, management, and execution of consumer marketing activities supporting alcohol and opioid dependence indications, with a focus on non-personal promotion for HCPs and consumers. You will analyze patient data, track ROI with digital analytics and KPIs, and provide insights to drive data-driven decisions. The role supports other HCP efforts, local initiatives, and ad hoc projects, and requires cross-functional collaboration to align marketing activities with brand objectives and corporate strategies. Hybrid work: 60% in office, 40% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, management, and execution of VIVITROL consumer marketing activities supporting alcohol and opioid dependence indications.
  • Analyze patient data and conduct research to understand patient/consumer preferences and attitudes.
  • Drive non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives for healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Track and optimize ROI by measuring digital analytics and monitoring KPIs; gather insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Support other HCP efforts, local initiatives, and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing activities with brand objectives and corporate strategies.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, experienced individual who can work cross-functionally to align marketing activities with brand objectives and corporate strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing and non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze patient data and research to understand patient/consumer preferences and attitudes.
  • Experience tracking ROI through digital analytics and KPI monitoring to support data-driven decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills to support HCP efforts, local initiatives, and ad hoc projects.
