Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, design, and execution of access analytics and reporting to drive data-based decisions across payers/PBMs, GPOs, IDNs, patient services, trade, and health systems.
- Develop data-driven access insights; oversee KPIs and dashboards to track access programs, vendors, and contracts.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Design/execute analytics supporting GTN, channel, forecasting, and pricing decisions.
- Analyze claims and specialty pharmacy data (or manage vendors) to identify access barriers, treatment delays, and discontinuations.
- Deliver account-level analytics (pull-through, patient journey, access barriers) to drive account strategies.
- Collaborate with Data Operations to standardize KPIs/methodologies, enhance dashboards/reporting, and evaluate new data sources/methodologies.
- Partner with business teams (Finance, Legal, Medical, Compliance) and enable field teams with insights/tools.
- Integrate advanced analytics (e.g., AI/ML/predictive modeling) as needed; manage external vendors/consultants.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s in quantitative/business/healthcare field (MBA/MA preferred).
- 8–10+ years experience in biopharma analytics/market access/managed markets/patient services/distribution/trade/business insights.
- Strong US healthcare system knowledge; rare disease/oncology/payer access a plus.
- Advanced tools: Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Excel.
- Ability to synthesize diverse data into timely, strategic guidance; strong problem-solving and communication.
- Plus: experience with hub/specialty pharmacy data feeds and data assets (IQVIA, Symphony, MMIT, SHA, EMR); specialty pharmacy/patient services datasets; vendor management; data aggregator experience.
