Key Responsibilities
- Bridge day-to-day between brand teams and the Patient Support CoE for assigned therapeutic areas (TAs), owning TA-specific insight generation, patient journey mapping, and implementation support.
- Pressure-test TA-specific patient support designs (workflow assumptions, operational feasibility, implementation sequencing) and ensure new capabilities fit architecture without disrupting live patient support.
- Enable one-voice execution between brand and CoE teams; support end-to-end patient strategy execution across Access, Affordability, and Adherence, including agile pod delivery (input gathering, follow-through, issue tracking/resolution).
- Support end-to-end capability implementation: scoping, sequencing, operational configuration; translate design documentation into operational specs for hub vendors and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve implementation blockers (vendor capacity, data integration gaps, CRM configuration issues, compliance requirements) and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain implementation playbooks for repeatable deployments.
- Conduct TA-specific insight generation (patient research and HCP feedback as needed).
Qualifications
- BS/BA and 5+ years in biopharma patient services, program implementation, or operations, including deploying capabilities across hub, access, affordability, and adherence.
- Experience with patient support design/execution and supporting brand and CoE functions.
- Strong understanding of patient support ecosystems (hub, specialty pharmacy, access, CRM, journey interactions) and where deployments can cause operational disruption.
- Strong understanding of primary/specialty care and complex therapy archetypes.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative/quantitative inputs and translate into vendor-ready operational specs.
- Experience with hub vendors (SOW amendments, configuration changes, testing protocols); comfortable managing a small, execution-focused team.
Required Skills (selected)
- Implementation management, insight generation, data analysis/integration/management, deployment management, regulatory compliance, market research.
