Key Responsibilities:
- Pressure test TA-specific patient support designs (workflow assumptions, operational feasibility, implementation sequencing).
- Serve as day-to-day bridge between brand and Patient Support CoE teams for one-voice integration across assigned TA.
- Support end-to-end patient strategy execution (with Patient Support Strategy Lead) across Access, Affordability, and Adherence; gather inputs, track issues, and drive resolution through agile pod delivery.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of capabilities: scoping, sequencing, operational configuration; translate design documentation (intent, success criteria, technical requirements) into operational specs for hub vendors and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve implementation blockers (vendor capacity constraints, data integration gaps, CRM configuration issues, compliance requirements) and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain implementation playbooks to standardize deployment processes and reduce time/risk of future rollouts.
- Conduct TA-specific insight generation (patient market research and HCP feedback as needed).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and 5+ years in biopharma patient services/program implementation/operations, deploying capabilities across hub, access, affordability, and adherence.
- Experience supporting patient support design/execution with insight generation and pressure-testing across brand and CoE.
- Strong understanding of patient support ecosystems (hub, specialty pharmacy, access, CRM, patient journey) and where deployments may disrupt operations.
- Strong understanding of primary/specialty care and complex therapy archetypes.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative/quantitative inputs into actionable recommendations and vendor-ready operational specifications.
- Experience working with hub vendors on SOW amendments, configuration, and testing; comfortable managing a small execution-focused team.
