Associate Dir./Director, CAR T Channel Distribution

Role: Director of CAR T Channel Strategy & Operations, leading development and execution of commercial channel infrastructure for CAR T therapy delivery. Responsibilities: oversee distribution, third-party logistics (3PL), specialty pharmacy, licensing, government pricing, and channel governance; collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric operations supporting CAR T commercialization; optimize gross-to-net (GTN), evaluate channel economics, manage licensing and regulatory compliance, and support market expansion initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 10+ years in biotech, pharma, specialty distribution, or related fields with experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, cell, or gene therapies; strong knowledge of GTN principles, distribution agreements, and commercial contracting; proven ability to develop channel strategies that balance operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
