Who You Are
- Serve as a key compliance business partner to Commercial and Medical Affairs (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Training & Development, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs), driving development/execution of the compliance strategy aligned to regulatory expectations and business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day compliance activities and implement proactive, risk-based approaches to support compliant growth.
- Provide strategic/operational leadership across guidance/advisory support, role-based training, monitoring, and issue resolution.

Compliance Business Partnering & Support
- Support Commercial/Medical activities (e.g., speaker programs, advisory boards, exhibits, educational grants) with strategic and day-to-day advisory support.
- Provide timely guidance on complex compliance matters; identify emerging risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert; assess/escalate high-risk/novel/complex issues with recommendations.
- Integrate Compliance perspectives into cross-functional decision-making and promote stakeholder engagement.

Policies, Training, Monitoring, and Risk Assessment
- Partner on development/implementation/enhancement of compliance policies and related resources; translate requirements into practical guidance.
- Shape training and communication strategy; design/deliver role-based compliance training (live/virtual).
- Conduct live compliance monitoring; partner to support tracking, follow-up, and remediation of compliance findings.
- Support risk assessment/mitigation for Commercial/Medical Affairs.

Other
- Lead complex cross-functional compliance projects; provide input to compliance strategy and mentor team members.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s (12+ years) or Master’s (10+ years) in business, finance, life sciences, healthcare, or related field; life sciences background (pharma, medical device, or biotech).
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements (Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FCPA, Sunshine Act, and other healthcare laws).
- Strong relationships, communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications
- CHC or equivalent healthcare compliance certification; experience supporting Medical Affairs.
