What You’ll Do
- Lead Project Management: Build and maintain forward-looking content calendars, manage project timelines, track deliverables, organize core messaging and decks, and ensure communications initiatives are completed on time.
- Social Media Coordination: Support the social media lead to manage and elevate corporate social media presence (draft copy, plan content grids, track performance metrics, explore creative ways to expand brand footprint).
- Internal Communications & Community Building: Coordinate internal Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) sessions, manage logistics for company-wide All Hands, and help craft internal announcements.
- Creative & Event Logistics: Lead coordination for on-site video shoots, podcast production and live streaming, corporate photography, and major brand events.
The Experience You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree or foundational background in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Interest in a scientific or technical discipline (major plus): translate complex technical/scientific concepts into clear, compelling stories.
- Superb project management skills (checklists/spreadsheets; manage multiple moving pieces).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; keen eye for visual design and slide layout (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides).
Working Location & Compensation
- Office-based hybrid role in Salt Lake City, UT or New York, NY; work in office at least 50% of the time.
- Estimated annual base range: $90,500 to $125,840; eligible for annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
