Role: Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist supporting Natera's oncology products in the San Diego North territory, focusing on patient support, account growth, and clinical workflow optimization. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, ensure patient adherence to prescribed testing protocols, educate medical staff on Natera's Oncology tests, analyze patient testing data for retention and fulfillment KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years relevant experience, with a background in medical support, oncology, or medical sales; 2+ years in medical sales or clinical support in oncology preferred. Skills: strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities; strategic thinking; proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly. High-value: focus on oncology (solid tumors), cell-free DNA testing, post-IND stage, with responsibilities centered on patient adherence, test support, and internal KPI analysis. Work setup: primarily field-based with 25-50% travel within the territory.
