Associate Chemist - Toxicology

Role: Associate Chemist in the Mass Spec team, focusing on analytical testing and instrument maintenance. Responsibilities: review and certify LC/MS data, perform calibration and routine maintenance of GC, GC-MS, HPLC, and UPLC-MS/MS equipment, troubleshoot issues, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, develop new procedures, interpret data, and assist with staff training. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemical or Biological sciences, with 2+ years of clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS certification. Preferred: 3+ months of testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: clinical lab testing, mass spectrometry, chromatography, GxP environment, team collaboration. Work Setup: onsite in Burlington, NC, Thursday-Sunday, 1:00am-11:30am; flexibility for overtime/shifts.
