Role Summary
Associate Brand Manager - Women's Health based in Morristown, NJ or Grand Rapids, MI with a hybrid schedule. Supports brand initiatives under the direction of the Associate Director Brand Management.
Responsibilities
- Competitive Surveillance & Reporting: Lead monthly performance reporting based on consumption data; monitor category/competitive activity and performance to inform strategy and pivots; support monthly demand planning with forward-looking expectations; assist with ad hoc analyses.
- Social & Influencer Planning & Execution: Coordinate with retained agency partners to ensure robust social and digital planning; manage weekly content reviews for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory compliance.
- Social & Digital Media Performance Management: Report on program/campaign results; optimize plans, processes, and KPIs.
- Shopper Marketing: Collaborate with Commercial Strategy to execute in-store and online shopper strategies aligned to business objectives and merchandising plans.
- Business Management: Support budgeting, PO creation, contract reviews, and finance updates; manage master data, compliance, and inventory.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products and renovations on schedule.
- Artwork/Graphics: Coordinate with creative services to influence packaging and advertising; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain graphics repository.
- Other day-to-day: Stage Gate deliverables, meeting and file management, sales samples coordination, budget management, art conversions, and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Typically 4+ years of experience; 2–4 years in CPG Brand Management, Shopper Marketing, or Retail Marketing a plus.
- Ability to support established business plans; strong marketing creativity, written and verbal communication, and project/time management.
- Ability to influence internal teams without authority.
- Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty; adaptability to unfamiliar situations and pivots.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with marketing intuition.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, deadline-driven; minimal supervision required.
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
