Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyze market, competitor, and consumer data to uncover insights and inform brand strategy and commercial forecasts; coordinate with demand planning to ensure product availability.
- Co-lead annual brand planning and manage marketing program/campaign execution from start to finish.
- Own key commercial projects, including packaging innovations, social media and influencer strategy, and development of digital and physical marketing collateral.
- Build consumer/customer insight by partnering with sales and shopper marketing and analyzing consumer research.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists and agency partners to manage promotional materials routing/lifecycle through the regulatory review process.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing/Business, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or related commercial functions; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required.
- Demonstrated business analytics experience; ability to translate retail drivers into actionable insights.
- Proven project management from concept to completion (e.g., packaging, creative campaigns, innovation launches).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional partners and external agencies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not anticipated (e.g., H-1B or TN).
Preferred:
- Experience with advertising agencies and regulatory/legal review processes.
- Data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-centric mindset and consumer research experience.
- Positive, resilient, collaborative attitude.
Location/Travel:
- Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid); up to 20% travel annually.
