Role: Associate Brand Manager (ABM) – Infant Formula

Responsibilities:
- Support brand and portfolio activation strategies for infant formula.
- Assist in annual planning, volume forecasting, and short-range portfolio roadmaps.
- Manage SKU lifecycle: new launches, reformulations, packaging updates, discontinuations.
- Monitor competitive dynamics, national brand benchmarks, and category trends.
- Support execution of infant formula innovation and renovation projects.
- Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Legal to ensure claims and marketing materials are accurate, substantiated, and compliant.
- Coordinate packaging development and regulatory/retailer label updates.
- Support readiness for regulatory changes (e.g., ingredient updates, labeling revisions).
- Execute customer-specific marketing initiatives with Sales and Retail Marketing.
- Support line reviews, customer presentations, and category storytelling.
- Ensure marketing execution meets Perrigo and retailer compliance standards.
- Coordinate agencies/internal stakeholders to deliver on-time, accurate marketing assets.
- Analyze syndicated data (e.g., Circana) for performance, market share, pricing, distribution.
- Track category/consumer/retailer trends; develop insights and recommendations.
- Support post-launch and post-promotion analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain/Operations, and Finance; interface with Scientific/Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Quality for compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/related field plus 4+ years in marketing/brand/category management.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI or Nielsen).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management.
- Ability to manage complexity in a regulated environment.
- 5–10% travel.

Preferred:
- Experience in infant/pediatric nutrition or regulated CPG (OTC/private label).
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated products and claims processes.
- Experience supporting innovation/renovation pipelines.
