Role Summary
The Associate Brand Manager, Benefiber role is based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid in-office requirement (3 days per week). You will plan, implement, analyze and optimize promotion marketing activities—such as in-store displays, FSIs, dFSIs, Shelf Talk, sampling—to ensure these down-the-funnel activations align with overall brand strategies and goals, and you will lead continuous improvements to drive sales lift across channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of short- and medium-term brand strategy for Benefiber
- Support Social Connected Commerce to drive consumers down the purchase funnel
- Measure performance and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive marketing effectiveness and consumption growth
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver best in class forecasting
- Develop strategies, tactics, and lead execution of national brand programs, including consumer promotion, social media, digital ecosystem management, and shopper programs designed to engage consumers at retail
- Develop and manage all packaging graphics updates
- Help drive e-commerce strategy and tactics in line with brand strategy
- Help execution of robust innovation pipeline
- The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in business and/or marketing
- Required: 2+ years prior industry experience in consumer product goods (CPG) or pharmaceutical
- Preferred: MBA
- Preferred: Demonstrated analytical ability to understand and report data to drive business decisions
- Preferred: Previous experience working with and/or managing vendors and agency partners
- Preferred: Prior experience in revenue growth management, route-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, brand/project contribution, brand portfolio management, and changes in packaging
- Preferred: Project Management Experience
- Preferred: Digital & Influencer Marketing Experience
- Preferred: Commercialization Experience (New Item Launch Experience)
