Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC), Tufin, and VPN technologies; implementing security policies; diagnosing complex network security issues; and participating in infrastructure upgrades and security incidents. The role involves close collaboration with network engineering, infrastructure, and security teams, along with maintaining technical documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years in network security or related fields, with hands-on experience in Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, Zscaler, TCP/IP, VPN, NAT, and network diagnostics. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and change-management skills are essential. Preferred: 5+ years of experience, certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP, and CISSP, with experience supporting large enterprise environments and scripting knowledge (Python, APIs).
