Associate Border Security Analyst II

Role: Associate Border Security Analyst responsible for operational support of global network security infrastructure, focusing on firewalls, IPS, IDS, and Zscaler platforms. Responsibilities: manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZCC, Tufin, and VPNs; implement security policies; analyze network issues; support security incidents; participate in upgrades, migrations, and documentation; work with cross-functional teams and provide escalated support, including after-hours as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience or Master's with no experience; hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama; experience with Zscaler solutions; solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, DNS, VPN, and security concepts; strong troubleshooting skills; familiarity with ITIL/change management. Preferred: 5+ years of experience; certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, CCNA, CISSP; experience with scripting/automation (Python, APIs); supporting large enterprise environments.
