Overview
The Associate ATC Operations Liaison provides operational and clinical information to establish tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy as the standard of care to physicians and healthcare providers. Leads center authorization activities and provides operational, quality, and clinical oversight post-launch.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with treatment center stakeholders responsible for establishing the TIL service line.
- Provide operational oversight of authorized treatment centers in the assigned region.
- Lead operational meetings with physician leadership (Medical Oncology, Surgery, Cell Therapy) to establish TIL standard-of-care pathways.
- Lead cross-functional meetings (nursing, lab, pharmacy, quality, operational champions) to develop product and patient workflows.
- Serve as SME to develop/review SOPs for treatment centers to order TIL.
- Identify and prioritize solutions to operational barriers.
- Oversee tumor tissue procurement, final product receipt, storage/distribution, and TIL infusion.
- Assess and approve changes to collection, courier tracking, order intake, and order processing systems to maintain validated status.
- Lead the TIL center authorization process using risk-based tools (authorization, training, monitoring, disqualification).
- Develop/execute training for authorized users; ensure COI/COC access for trained individuals.
- Oversee Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody at the treatment center.
- Respond to deviations from the established lifileucel standard of care pathway.
- Support and/or own quality records (Deviations, CAPA, Change control, etc.).
- Participate in advisory board meetings for future educational needs.
- Adhere to core values, policies, procedures, and business ethics.

Required Education/Experience
- Masterโ€™s degree (clinical field or healthcare administration) + 7+ years experience OR Bachelorโ€™s degree + 9+ years.
- 7+ years progressive experience in a medical/pharmaceutical environment; nursing, surgical oncology, and transplant/infusion centers preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and succeed in a matrix organization.
