Role Responsibilities:
- Provide desk-side and subject matter expert IT support for office, clinical, and research lab users.
- Troubleshoot system/network issues (end-user, lab IT, VoIP) per SOPs; recommend/test cost-effective improvements.
- Manage incidents/requests via ITSM to meet SLAs; drive corrective actions to reduce ticket volume.
- Manage Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution groups, calendars).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement applications/services.
- Act as SME on key technologies; create IT documentation/technical bulletins.
- Assist with activating/troubleshooting company-owned mobile devices; support conference room A/V.
- Lead testing/configuration/installation/repair of IT equipment; decommission hardware; configure/troubleshoot network printers.
- Configure/maintain Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and VoIP accounts; support imaging, packaging, and desktop settings.
- Provide training/mentorship to new IT Helpdesk Technicians; participate in weekend on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications / Skills (Required):
- BS/AD in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent; 3+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry/regulated environments.
- Expert Microsoft OS knowledge; strong local Active Directory and Azure experience.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 administration; advanced Office 365 Admin Center/AzureAD with Exchange Online admin/troubleshooting.
- Expertise installing/configuring/troubleshooting hardware & software; enterprise anti-virus experience.
- Network knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches.
- Ability to present training, troubleshoot root causes, and prioritize work.
- Experience with enterprise Mobile Device Management; ability to adhere to security/control procedures.
- Apple iOS systems; strong customer service and interpersonal communication.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow experience.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Base pay range: $70,400β$123,200; eligible for company bonus.
