What You'll Do
- Support purification, characterization, modification, and conjugation of critical protein and biomolecule reagents.
- Perform advanced characterization to evaluate identity, purity, stability, aggregation, binding properties, and fitness for intended use.
- Conduct reagent labeling and modification to support assay development, method qualification, and reagent supply.
- Perform binding characterization using Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and other analytical platforms.
- Document experimental work and analytical results in the electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).
- Communicate results and updates to supervisor/team; present findings in reports, presentations, and group meetings.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support laboratory instrumentation.

Must-haves / Qualifications
- BS/MS in Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related field; 0–3+ years of experience.
- Initiative and drive to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, computer, and technical writing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; evidence of teamwork.

Preferred / Nice-to-haves
- Technical proficiency in automated FPLC/HPLC (SEC, IEX, affinity), electrophoresis (capillary/microchip, SDS-PAGE, western blots), spectroscopy, and light scattering.
- Understanding of protein structure/function and protein-protein interactions.
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
