About The Role:
A key member of the Field Medical Marketing team aligned to a specialty/function. Primary marketing point of contact for field intelligence by gathering insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and important customers to shape and inform marketing strategies.

Your Contributions:
- Brand Strategy: Partner in brand planning across HCP, patient, and medical marketing initiatives; transform field insights into data-driven program enhancements; manage Advisory Board execution end-to-end; ensure peer-to-peer/patient ambassador program success (speaker identification/selection, readiness/coaching, event coordination, insight tracking, feedback improvements); conduct field-based market research.
- Marketing Initiatives/Campaigns: Manage assigned marketing campaigns/programs (concept-to-execution, agency relationships/deliverables, promotional review support); liaison to aligned sales teams with education on brand programs.
- KOL Engagement: Develop regional engagement plans; manage relationships with assigned HCPs (engagement, insight/sentiment gathering, network development); identify/engage emerging KOLs (e.g., QPharma, congress lists, field insights); secure participation for congress/programs; report/synthesize engagement insights and perform trend/sentiment analysis; share insights with Commercial Analytics; develop/execute regional insight gathering.
- Patient Engagement: Develop engagement plans; execute Patient Ambassador and Influencer programs (operations, agency management, contracting, needs assessment, content/event execution); manage relationships with patients/caregivers (engagement, insight/sentiment, network development); identify/engage patients/caregivers (opt-in lists, congress lists, advocacy partnerships, field insights); secure participation; report/synthesize insights and perform trend/sentiment analysis; share with Commercial Analytics.
- Medical Marketing: Own Speaker Bureau and/or Patient Ambassador/Influencer activities (nomination, selection, contracting, training, utilization, coaching); manage initiatives through ideation→evolution; lead content development for peer-to-peer, product theaters, patient/caregiver programs, trainings, and promotional materials.
- Field Alignment: Partner with regional field teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access) to ensure consistent brand strategy implementation; evolve Field Playbook with real-world learnings.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in marketing/business/health policy/scientific or related field + 10+ years relevant pharma/biotech marketing and sales (strongly preferred); OR Master’s + 8+ years (preferred).
- Thought leadership; in-depth expertise; solve complex problems; cross-functional initiative execution.
- Strong communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking, influencing.
- Strong regulatory/compliance understanding for pharma promotions.
- Demonstrated cross-functional relationship building (medical, legal, regulatory, advocacy, compliance, marketing, corporate communications).
- Strategic thinking, initiative, creativity, and experience applying skills to product positioning/messaging.
- Ability to manage critical projects/relationships and adapt in an ever-changing environment.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Annual base salary: $173,900.00–$238,000.00.
- Annual bonus: target 30% of earned base salary; equity-based long-term incentive eligibility.
