About The Role
Lead a centralized team that builds, evolves, and operationalizes omnichannel marketing capabilities for all Neurocrine products (HCP and Consumer/Patient audiences). Combine strategic capability development with hands-on delivery oversight to ensure effective, efficient, customer- and business-aligned campaign execution.
Your Contributions
- Lead enterprise omnichannel capabilities to enable personalized, data-driven customer engagement across brands and audiences.
- Evolve scalable omnichannel operating models (modular content strategies, design systems, workflow automation, governance, integrated production).
- Oversee omnichannel operations: prioritization, resource planning, vendor management, and cross-channel campaign delivery.
- Drive innovation in AI-enabled marketing, content automation, personalization, and next-best-action orchestration.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate marketing technology platforms (CDP, CMS, marketing automation, consent management, analytics).
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing omnichannel capabilities team.
- Drive adoption via change management, stakeholder alignment, training, measurement frameworks, and integration into commercial ways of working.
- Manage relationships with agencies and technology vendors.
- Provide consultative omnichannel/digital marketing expertise and partner cross-functionally to deliver capabilities and campaigns.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing/Business (10+ years relevant marketing/operations) OR Masterβs/MBA (preferred) with 8+ years relevant experience.
- Digital marketing management expertise in pharma/biotech.
- Scalable content operations, modular content, workflow optimization, governance, and production frameworks.
- Data-driven marketing knowledge (segmentation, analytics, next-best-action/personalization) and AI-enabled marketing.
- Experience with marketing tech ecosystem (CRM: Veeva Vault CRM; CMS: Contentful; marketing automation: Salesforce Marketing Cloud; analytics: Google Analytics/PowerBI; consent: OneTrust).
- FDA-regulated pharma/biotech digital marketing understanding (preferred).
- Leadership/people management; strong communications, problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary: $171,800β$235,000; annual bonus target 30% of earned base; equity long-term incentive eligibility; retirement plan (company match); paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision coverage per plan terms.
