Assoc Director, IT SAP, Product Life Cycle

Role: Associate Director, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, leading the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of SAP PLM and related platforms supporting Gilead's pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, clinical, and supply chain functions. Responsibilities: own product vision, translate business priorities into roadmaps, manage governance and architecture of SAP PLM, SAP MDG, and associated digital platforms; lead end-to-end delivery of PLM initiatives ensuring GxP and compliance standards; build high-performing cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field with 8+ years SAP/ERP experience; deep expertise in SAP PLM, SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and lifecycle management processes; experience managing large ERP implementations within regulated Life Sciences environments; strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
