Assoc Director, Global Insights & Analytics

Role: Associate Director, Global Insights & Analytics, supporting Kite's CAR-T commercialization and lifecycle management by providing market research, forecasting, and strategic insights. Responsibilities: independently develop market forecasts using primary and secondary research, lead global market research projects integrating insights to inform product and disease area strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, R&D, and Finance to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Master’s degree with 8+ years or Bachelor’s with 10+ years of experience, preferably with biotech/pharma forecasting and market research expertise. High-Value: focus on oncology, specifically hematology and large B-Cell Lymphoma, with emphasis on cell therapy (CAR-T). Strong understanding of clinical landscape and biopharmaceutical commercialization stages is preferred. Additional skills include cross-functional collaboration, strategic agility, and experience presenting to senior leadership. Work setup: based in the U.S., with salary range $177,905–$253,220 depending on location and experience; role may include bonuses and stock incentives.
