Key Responsibilities
- Define and Manage the CRM Roadmap: Develop and maintain a prioritized CRM product roadmap aligned to Commercial, Medical, and enterprise technology priorities.
- Support CRM Modernization: Partner with IT and business leadership to evaluate and plan future CRM capabilities, including evolution of Veeva CRM and potential next-gen platforms.
- Lead Product Ownership and Delivery: Manage intake, requirements, prioritization, backlog, delivery coordination, release planning, and adoption; translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Stakeholders and Drive Adoption: Liaise across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Omnichannel, Data, and IT; align priorities and support change management.
- Oversee Platform Operations and Vendor Delivery: Ensure reliability and continuous improvement; coordinate administration, managed services, vendor support, data quality, and issue resolution.
- Measure Value and Performance: Prioritize enhancements using value/risk/effort; define success measures and track adoption/usage.
- Maintain Governance, Privacy, and Compliance: Embed governance and compliance into delivery with Legal/Privacy/Compliance/Quality and business teams.
- Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Recommend improvements using CRM trends, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree a plus) in related technical/business discipline.
- 8+ years in Commercial IT/CRM/digital product management in life sciences or another regulated industry.
- Strong CRM platform and field process understanding; Veeva CRM strongly preferred (Salesforce a plus).
- Experience with CRM data management and integrations; define roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
- Translate business needs into requirements/process flows/user stories.
- Ability to define KPIs and measure business impact.
- Strong cross-functional/global stakeholder communication; lead via influence; vendor/SaaS partner management.

U.S. Pay Range
- $172,200.00 - $233,000.00; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
