Role Overview
- Own and scale the MLR review capability within the Content & Promotional Lifecycle Automation product portfolio.
- Accountable for what gets built, why it matters, and how business value is measured; lead AI-enabled review capability partnering with Brand, Commercial, MLR, Legal, AI, Engineering, and Platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Own product vision, multi-year roadmap, and strategic direction for Content Review; refine value proposition for Job Owners, Content Creators, Reviewers, and MLR stakeholders; shift quality/compliance left via AI-enabled automation; align with Content Supply Chain and Digital Human Health priorities.
- Product Ownership & Delivery: Own/prioritize backlog; translate business/compliance/regulatory needs into epics/features/acceptance criteria; partner with Engineering/AI/Data Science/Design for scalable delivery; ensure quality, compliance, security, and governance.
- AI & Responsible Innovation: Lead AI first-pass review evolution (quality checks, compliance validations, brand standards); ensure outputs are accurate, explainable, auditable, and trusted; partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk for responsible AI in regulated workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead discovery workshops, roadmap/adoption discussions; support rollout/change management and onboarding across brands/regions.
- Value Measurement: Define/track success metrics (quality uplift, rework reduction, cycle time improvement, adoption); use data/user feedback; provide executive updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Product Management/Digital Product Ownership or related leadership roles.
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise/platform products.
- Agile experience with cross-functional global teams.
- Strong understanding of regulated content, MLR, or compliance workflows.
- Ability to lead AI-enabled/automation products from concept to scale.
- Exceptional stakeholder management/communication/influencing; operate autonomously in complex matrixed global environments.
Strong Plus / Nice to Have
- Strong Plus: Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva CRM, JIRA, Confluence; familiarity with pharma laws/regulatory promotional review governance; scaling across brands/markets; exec storytelling; comfort in ambiguity.
- Nice to Have: AI/ML lifecycle collaboration (validation, explainability, monitoring); Lean UX/discovery/design thinking; Digital/Commercial Ops/Enterprise Platforms experience.
