Role Summary
The position is responsible for the execution of the HCP strategy, evaluation of market conditions, identification of issues and opportunities within the therapeutic category (CNS/Neurology), development of campaigns/tactics which target Health Care Providers (HCPs) aligned with the overarching brand strategies and objectives. The Associate Director reports to the Marketing Director and works with internal Teva colleagues, sales coworkers and agency partners to develop HCP content and prepare for their implementation and launch.
Responsibilities
- HCP Strategy and Tactics
- Implement the overall marketing strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience identification.
- Lead creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels including digital, print, personal, non-personal, KOL engagement, congresses and other platforms with agency partners
- Evolve HCP messaging and campaign elements
- Identify and pursue opportunities to drive brand growth
- Diagnose obstacles to brand growth and provide solutions
- Assist in the annual brand planning process
- Manage and coordinate all HCP and KOL programs and efforts
- Brand Management
- Analyze market data and information to make informed decisions
- Partner with field sales force, sales leadership, and sales training to develop and execute promotional efforts and training initiatives
- Analyze market data to inform tactical and strategic decision making
- Lead and participate in sales and marketing planning meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and maximize impact of marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget for efficient resource allocation and ROI
- Responsible for the promotional approval process of materials
- Follow policies and procedures
- Evaluate and maximize ROI on marketing projects/programs
- Ability to manage people and processes without a direct reporting structure

Qualifications
- 7-10 yearsβ experience in marketing and/or sales
- Experience in managing an Agency of Record or other agencies that support a brand
- Experience in CNS/Neurology strongly preferred

Education
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or master's degree in marketing preferred
Additional Requirements
- Travel approximately 30% throughout the US
- Physical requirements: Sitting for extended periods; computer work and extensive reading
- May be required to wear PPE on site visits as needed
