Job Description: Associate Director U.S. Marketing, Atherosclerosis HCC (Healthcare Consumer) Strategy

We are currently recruiting for Associate Director, U.S. Marketing, HCC Strategy for Atherosclerosis. This is an exciting time for a talented and passionate marketing strategist to join the launch team for our investigational novel treatment for adults with hypercholesterolemia to reduce LDL. The HCC Strategy lead will play a critical role in disrupting and shaping the market, launching an innovative treatment option, and positively impacting the lives of millions of patients.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Support Director HCC PMO to drive foundational customer strategy, leveraging L3 process.
  • Lead digital and data analytics, customer and market insights to define strategic choices through market research, competitive intelligence, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer experience; lead customer experience roadmap development and execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand SDOH (social determinants of health) and Health Equity needs and opportunities for appropriate patients.
  • Partner with HCP and Scientific brand counterparts for One Company Experience to ensure alignment to strategy with multi-disciplinary team.
  • Drive launch planning for market development and branded campaigns, including targeting, segmentation, as well as promotional strategy.
  • Partner with various stakeholders where appropriate, to ensure strategy alignment and cohesion (i.e. Global comms, etc.).
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively track progress against them.
  • Ensure an integrated approach by partnering with the team and shared stakeholders across business priorities.
  • Collaborate across ASCVD CATs to ensure cohesion and holistic approach.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years healthcare industry experience, including at least 3 years in strategic marketing and brand management.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations.
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital and non-digital channels.
  • A growth mindset, strong collaboration and business agility.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work collaboratively within a large cross functional team with a wide range of key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates high degree of integrity and ethics.
  • Strong leadership, experience influencing without direct authority, and navigating complex or matrix organizations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, confidently make key business decisions, pivot and adapt to evolving business needs, and prioritize the most impactful work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Consumer marketing experience.
  • Launch experience.
  • Understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Mural.
  • Agency and vendor management.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
