Requirements: Bachelorβs in Biochemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in biotech drug substance development, including 5+ in process development of LM biologics such as monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, ADCs, or mRNA; strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with experience in viral vaccine development preferred. High-value specifics: biologics, GMP manufacturing, viral vaccine experience, process scale-up, global CMO management, regulatory strategy familiarity (FDA, USDA, EU). Collaboration: cross-functional with internal teams and external suppliers; reporting line to senior management. Work setup: hybrid US with 15-20% travel.
