Role: Senior Information Architect leading scientific data organization across pre-clinical discovery and manufacturing processes in biopharma. Responsibilities: collaborate with scientists and engineers to design ontologies, data models, and controls that enhance data quality, context, and usability; embed standards for data capture and consumption; adopt industry ontologies like BAO to contextualize diverse datasets; develop best practices for data management aligned with research and GMP manufacturing. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field; 5+ years in biopharma data architecture; hands-on experience with ontologies, semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL), knowledge graphs, and data modeling tools; deep understanding of preclinical workflows, GxP data, and lab data systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS). Preferred: familiarity with time-series data tools (e.g., OSIsoft PI) and ontology management platforms (e.g., CENTree); strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
