Role: Associate Director Estimator supporting GES Project & Business Services in providing cost estimation solutions for biopharma capital projects. Responsibilities: lead estimating efforts for projects from feasibility to startup, prepare Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates, validate third-party estimates, perform risk analysis and project cost trending, support benchmarking and database management, and mentor estimating team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), 10+ years in estimating, project control, or capital management within the pharma/biotech industry, with experience across multiple project types (drug substance, drug product, lab, large/small molecule). High-value: extensive estimating, project budgeting, and cost analysis expertise; familiarity with pharma and biotech modalities and project phases; knowledge of Lean methodologies, market condition evaluation, and risk analysis tools such as @RISK; ability to work remotely with up to 30% travel; hybrid onsite/remote work setup.
