Skills: strong estimating, financial, and project management acumen; expert in Excel and analytical tools; capable of remote work with up to 30% travel. Preferred: AI fluency, Lean methodologies (Target Value Delivery, Last Planner), knowledge of estimating systems, and market monitoring expertise. Work setup: hybrid with travel. High-value biopharma specifics include experience with large-scale projects ($5MM to $1B+ TIC), cross-disciplinary stakeholder collaboration, and industry-specific cost benchmarking.
