Role: Lead clinical development activities for oncology therapeutics at Kura Oncology, focusing on translating clinical strategies into executable protocols and supporting regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: develop and review study protocols, collaborate with biostatistics, pharmacology, translational medicine, and data teams; analyze and interpret clinical data; support safety and efficacy monitoring; contribute to regulatory documents; and communicate study results internally and externally. Requirements: advanced degree (RN, MA, PharmD, PhD); minimum of 5 years clinical or PharmD/PhD experience; strong knowledge of drug development processes from pre-IND to registration; experience in clinical trial design, data review, and regulatory documentation; proficiency with GCP, ICH, FDA regulations; excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: experience in oncology, precision medicine, biomarker strategies, and early to late-phase clinical trials.
