Associate Director, AI Innovation Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Partner with AI Innovation Studio leads to execute discovery methodology across engagements.
- Co-design and facilitate discovery workshops (Design Thinking, journey/process mapping, structured ideation).
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to surface pain points, constraints, decision drivers, and success criteria.
- Translate business ambiguity into AI-ready problem statements, use cases, and desired outcomes; document workflows and non-functional considerations.
- Apply knowledge of AI/automation/data platforms/cloud to scope feasible, value-oriented solution approaches; validate technical/data constraints.
- Build end-to-end value cases (ROI models/business cases) and support early PoC planning (scope, assumptions, success metrics).
- Ensure discovery outputs are complete/decision-ready and maintain continuity through delivery; support stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years in consulting, business analysis, product discovery, or innovation-focused roles.
- Experience supporting technology-enabled initiatives (AI/automation/data platforms preferred).
- Comfort in team-based, client-facing environments.
- B.S. degree.

Skills (Required):
- Workshop design/facilitation, problem translation, analytical thinking.
- AI/GenAI, data platforms, cloud services, automation; engage technical partners; Agile/iterative approaches.
- Communication, collaboration, adaptability, and effectiveness in ambiguity.
