Assistant Manager of Quality

Role: Quality Assurance Manager overseeing compliance, quality systems, and regulatory readiness at a plasma or biopharma center. Responsibilities: ensure ongoing inspection readiness through SOP adherence, manage site Quality Control programs including calibrations, sampling, KPIs, and root cause analysis; lead and develop QA staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-competency team; facilitate process improvements to enhance service, yields, and compliance; lead audit preparations, coordinate remediation, and respond to regulatory findings; maintain a safe, compliant work environment and ensure documentation accuracy; lead investigations into deviations, monitor CAPAs, and ensure efficacy. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 5+ years in quality/regulatory roles within plasma or biopharma sectors; proven leadership and supervisory experience; knowledge of industry and government regulations.
