Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for managing Special Projects(Eg-I&D, Employee Engagement, Organization effectiveness), tracking project objectives, timelines, and communication plans by prioritizing responsibilities, and tracking and measuring to successful completion Liaison with HRBP to support Business, Strategy and operational elements of running the business Provide enablement and delivery support for high impact initiatives; examples includes talent assessment; high-potential and manager development; organizational design and compensation planning, employee engagement and retention. Provide operational and analytical support to the leaders with quantitative data in supporting tactical and strategic HR initiatives. Employee connects with the field to get a pulse and empowered to operate independently & be responsible for employee satisfaction & development of the team Work directly with managers and employees to resolve medium to complex issues. Give guidance, coaching, and support to resolve ambiguous situations and issues.   Essential for the role Post Graduate Human Resources with a work experience of 3-5 years in Human Resources Project and Program management experience and ability to self-manage with minimal direction. Good executive presence with ability to manage change within a global organization.
