Main Responsibilities
- Serve as lead in-house counsel on all legal matters arising from Sanofi’s 340B Integrity Initiative.
- Provide day-to-day legal oversight and strategic direction for Sanofi’s 340B Credit Model.
- Manage federal/state litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions implicating Sanofi’s 340B practices.
- Manage/coordinate all 340B HRSA Administrative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings.
- Monitor/analyze federal and state legislative/regulatory developments relating to 340B.
- Advise on intersections between 340B and other pricing programs (MDRP, FSS, Medicare Part B), including duplicate discount prevention, Best Price, and ceiling price calculation framework.
- Develop and update legal positions on key 340B interpretive issues (covered entity eligibility, patient definition, contract pharmacy arrangements, orphan drug exclusions, HRSA oversight/enforcement powers, scope of manufacturer obligations).
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on 340B risks, litigation strategy, regulatory developments, and policy options.
- Act as primary legal point of contact for cross-functional teams on 340B matters.
- Monitor/analyze industry-wide 340B litigation and advise on implications.
- Represent Sanofi in PhRMA and industry forums; coordinate positions with industry peers.
- Collaborate with Government Affairs/Public Policy on federal/state 340B legislative/regulatory positions.
- Engage with HRSA, CMS, HHS OIG, and state Medicaid agencies; educate and advocate for integrity reforms.
- Prepare and deliver 340B legal/compliance training.

Basic Qualifications
- J.D. (ABA-accredited); active U.S. bar membership.
- 10+ years’ experience in healthcare law/pharmaceutical pricing/government price reporting.
- Deep 340B expertise (contract pharmacy, duplicate discounts, diversion, HRSA oversight, ADR).
- Experience managing/supporting complex federal litigation involving HHS/HRSA/CMS.
- Strong knowledge of MDRP, AMP, Best Price, ASP, and FSS/VA pricing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Government experience (HHS/HRSA/CMS/DOJ/state Medicaid), esp. 340B enforcement/administration/litigation.
- In-house or equivalent law firm experience advising on 340B/government pricing.
- Experience with 340B integrity initiatives/claims data/credit-rebate model design.
- Experience with PhRMA/coalitions/trade associations on 340B/government pricing policy.
- Familiarity with state 340B protection statutes and transparency reporting.
- Experience with Anti-Kickback Statute/False Claims Act/healthcare fraud laws in pricing/market access.
- Excellent communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership/influence and learning agility.
- Collaborative mindset.
