Assistant Center Manager - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Role: Supervisory position supporting plasma center operations and new center training, with responsibilities in managing daily workflows, inventory, compliance, financial oversight, and staff development. Assists in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory adherence, and fostering continuous improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing donor flow, staff recruitment and training, quality and safety compliance, and customer service. Manages all aspects of center performance in the absence of the center manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum 1 year supervisory experience or completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program, and company Technical Training Certification. Work setup involves physical activity, fast-paced environment, potential overnight travel up to 10%, and extended work hours including weekends.
