Also involves supporting training programs for new centers and trainers, ensuring effective onboarding and adherence to SOPs, HSE policies, and quality standards. Primary objectives include maintaining operational efficiency, meeting production and financial goals, ensuring safety and compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities encompass managing labor, optimizing inventories, overseeing donor flow, supporting audits, and leading recruitment, training, and employee development. The role requires ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining safety standards, and fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, or completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program; Technical Training Certification. The role demands strong leadership, operational management, regulatory knowledge, customer service aptitude, and ability to handle physical and mental demands.
