Assistant Center Manager

Role: Supervisory support for plasma center operations, primarily in absence of the center manager, with responsibilities in operational oversight, staff management, inventory control, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service. Also involves supporting training programs for new centers and trainers, ensuring effective onboarding and adherence to SOPs, HSE policies, and quality standards. Primary objectives include maintaining operational efficiency, meeting production and financial goals, ensuring safety and compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities encompass managing labor, optimizing inventories, overseeing donor flow, supporting audits, and leading recruitment, training, and employee development. The role requires ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining safety standards, and fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, or completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program; Technical Training Certification. The role demands strong leadership, operational management, regulatory knowledge, customer service aptitude, and ability to handle physical and mental demands.
