Assistant Center Manager

Role: Senior operations leader overseeing plasma collection center, responsible for ensuring compliance, quality, efficiency, and profitability in the absence of the center manager. Responsibilities: manage center operations across production, quality, finance, HR, and IT; ensure adherence to SOPs and regulations; collaborate on quality compliance, develop corrective actions, and ensure OSHA compliance; oversee employee recruitment, training, and HR policies; support marketing initiatives; and facilitate audits. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience managing teams.
