  • Scout and pilot new reliability and maintenance technologies in partnership with digital, LEAN, and maintenance teams to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with TPM facilitators, maintenance, and operations teams to execute criticality analyses, breakdown studies, and reliability projects in line with TPM principles.
  • Help develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, targeting chronic failures (“bad actors”) through systematic data analysis.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of digital tools for asset health monitoring, working closely with Lean digital teams to advance autonomous manufacturing.
  • Contribute to spare parts inventory decisions, using data and risk assessments to optimize stock levels and support plant reliability goals.
  • Assist in drafting and deploying site reliability procedures, standards, and training materials, helping to upskill operations and maintenance personnel.
