Role Summary

Asset Manager responsible for supporting deployment of the Asset Management (AM) Framework across AMERS sub-regions to drive facility maintenance excellence. Collaborates with J&J facilities, third-party providers, and E&PS to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient properties across the supply chain. Focuses on risk and asset management standards, programs, and lifecycle of facility assets and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key AM contact for identified sub-regions and/or sites within the AMERS region
  • Collaborate across E&PS to support a one E&PS approach
  • Support IFM supplier governance for asset management and risk to drive adoption of the AM Framework
  • Lead governance of AM Asset Risk Crisis programs via the Integrated Risk Management platform
  • Partner with project delivery, engineering, and design to ensure adoption of AM framework and CMMS standards
  • Deploy and govern asset management maturity and project hand-over tools to identify opportunities for maintenance excellence
  • Support CMMS data standards, work management, spare parts, procurement strategies, and FRACAS
  • Ensure adoption of digital asset management strategy for key sites as part of a global ecosystem

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or relevant experience required
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge: robust knowledge of asset risk programs and mitigation strategies
  • Experience deploying asset management and reliability programs & governance
  • Strong management and technical skills; effective communication across all levels
  • Ability to adapt emerging trends and industry innovations; digital literacy with predictive monitoring technologies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent

  • GxP environment experience (preferred)
